The terms that govern your access to and use of Vaaya's enterprise AI, agentic workflow automation, orchestration, analytics, and related software services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Vaaya provides enterprise AI, agentic workflow automation, orchestration, analytics, and related software services.
Customers may configure AI agents to retrieve information, execute workflows, call APIs, and interact with connected systems.
Actions performed within Customer-authorized environments are deemed authorized by Customer.
Customers are responsible for:
AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results.
Customers must independently validate outputs before relying on them.
The Services shall not be used as the sole basis for:

Customers retain ownership of Customer Data.
Subject to applicable law, Customers own outputs generated specifically for them. Vaaya retains ownership of its platform, models, software, workflows, and intellectual property.
The Services may depend on third-party model providers, cloud providers, and infrastructure providers.
Vaaya does not guarantee continued availability of any specific third-party service.
Customers remain responsible for compliance with applicable banking, insurance, securities, privacy, AML, KYC, and related regulations.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaaya shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Customer agrees to indemnify Vaaya against claims arising from Customer Data, Customer instructions, misuse, or violations of law.
Vaaya is not responsible for delays or failures beyond its reasonable control.
Disputes shall be brought only on an individual basis to the extent permitted by law.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
